Indicazioni: la particolare lavorazione di questo tè ne prevede la copertura delle foglie per circa 20 giorni, con conseguente aumento dell'aminoacido Teanina e della Caffeina, concentrazione della Clorofilla e una diminuzione delle Catechine. Il tè tenderà quindi ad assumere un sapore dolce, con una profonda componente umami.
